Chavez acting strange

Well... stranger than normal. He disappeared this weekend, causing rumors of a coup or a heart attack. Chavez reappeared last night saying everything was fine and he was just visiting his daughter. However, for any quasi-authoritarian leader who relies on his personality rather than institutions, disappearing for a weekend isn't exactly the normal course of action. I don't know what happened. All I know is that I don't believe that he was only visiting his daughter and forgot to tell anyone.
