Babalu Blog has a list of over 50 people considered by the FBI to be terror suspects and criminals hidden by Fidel Castro's government at some point. The US is far from the worst hypocrites when it comes to terrorism.
As a side note, I changed the title below (ahem...twice) because I didn't spell check it the first time around. I'll go write the word "hypocrisy" 50 times on a blackboard.

In order that the US doesn't become the bigger hypocrite, we need to move on the Posada case beyond simply arresting him. It's a good first step to prevent him skipping the country, but for the sake of leadership in the WOT we have to take action toward justice. If sending Posada to Cuba would guarantee the firing squad after a kangaroo court, then we can show our respect for law and due process by trying him here. I don't know the legalities of it, but I believe the best of all worlds would be a trial in a US court that examined all the evidence and set an appropriate punishment in line with other cases we've prosecuted in the War on Terror. Extradition has become a touchy subject for the US of late with some of its allies. Ordinarily I would say we should turn him over, but in this case, if it's legally possible, I believe holding and trying Posada Carriles in the US would give us the upper hand, morally and from a PR perspective, and deflate much of Cuba's hullabaloo.
On the other hand, saying we're not as bad as Fidel is setting the bar rather low.
Sure, but if I hadn't said it, someone would have sent me a snarky e-mail about why I didn't care about all the terrorists harbored by Castro.
Normally I don't respond to the fact that I lack coverage of a significant number of issues (simply due to lack of time), but in this case, I hope I preempted it.
