Immigrating by boat

This weeks column from Marcela Sanchez is stunningly good. And it should serve as a lesson that harder border measures and penalties against illegal immigrants will not keep those in poverty from trying to enter the country. The solution needs to have other aspects like more legal visas and assistance developing their homeland's economy.
